The breakout viral YouTuber, turned professional singer, violinist and all round acrobat, has tuned her violin into festive season mode with tracks like “Sleigh Ride” and “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” plus, some seasonal favorites, “Little Drummer Boy”, and “Joy to the World”. Yes, you guessed it, Lindsey is breaking out her old 2022 Christmas-themed album one more time for a mini festive tour.

The mini 2024 Snow Waltz Christmas Tour flies into Toronto, Canada for an early dose of snow before making its way across the border, where Lindsey will light up New York, Amherst, Wichita, and Memphis. Along the way, she will bring some holiday cheer to Savannah, Georgia's Johnny Mercer Theatre for December 13th, and spend two nights at The Venetian Theatre in Las Vegas before wrapping-up at Lexington’s Rupp Arena on December 22.
As yet, no support has been announced for the tour, but Lindsey did take along Walk the Moon as special guests for her “Duality Tour,” which concludes in Los Angeles, so expect someone of that caliber.
Lindsey Stirling, released her sixth studio album and second Christmas album, Snow Waltz, on October 7, 2022. The album contains a mix of covers of standard Christmas songs, plus some original tracks. Snow Waltz debuted at number 1 on the Billboard Top Classical Albums, and number 2 on the Top Holiday Albums charts, by year-end 2022, it finished at 41st place on the Classical Albums chart, yet by 2023 year-end it had climbed all the way to number 8.
In an interview about creating Snow Waltz, Lindsey said, “It was all about finding original arrangements, one of my favorite hymns is "Joy to the World" and I realized no one had done it in a Celtic style and I figured they matched well, so it was a big spiral of experimentation!” Conversely, Lindsey also picked to cover "Little Drummer Boy" because it’s her least favorite Christmas song. “So many people love that song, but I don’t care for it,” she explained. “So in a way, I did it for the challenge. On top of that, I realized that no one had really given the drums in that song the proper time. So, I made a version that just lets the drummer boy really go for it and play.”
